Luxuries such as heating, electricity, a microwave, and satellite TV are now becoming the norm.

The latest demand on sites now is Internet Access. Whilst it is not practical to have a "wired network" it is now possible to install a Wireless internet access system.

Having wireless Internet access will attract visitors to the site. This will enable your visitor to check e-mails, access the internet and much more. At the same time it could also be an opportunity for you to earn extra revenue should you decide to charge for this service.
